Here at Junior Couture, we take pride in our brands & products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order and wish to return an item, you may do so within 21 days of receiving your order for full-price items, and within 14 days for sale items.

🇪🇺 EUROPE (EU) — RETURNS POLICY

Applies to orders delivered to any EU member state.

Item condition

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original packaging with all designer tags and labels still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box. Please include your order confirmation with the return.

How to return

Log in to your account, go to Order History, and request a return. Please return your item in the original Junior Couture box and packaging, or tightly wrapped, to keep the return as compact as possible — return shipping is charged by weight and volume, so a smaller parcel means a smaller deduction from your refund.

What is not refunded

When your order entered the European Union, Junior Couture paid the following charges to the destination-country tax authority and the courier. These are not refunded to us when an item is returned, and will be deducted from your refund:

• EU import customs duty paid on your order (typically applied to apparel; rate varies by product classification)
• VAT at the rate of the destination country (for example: Germany 19%, France 20%, Spain 21%, Italy 22%, Netherlands 21%)
• The original outbound shipping fee
• Any gift wrap charge
• Return shipping cost
• Any re-import handling fee charged by the courier when the return crosses back into the UAE

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Refund timing

Card refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds are issued in EUR or your original payment currency.
